Compliance issues are met using an aggressive management supported program consisting of documented safety meetings and periodic facility inspections. All employees are required to attend safety meetings and comply with company safety policies and programs. All of this has contributed to an outstanding incident rating which has resulted in the presentation of a safety award from the Louisiana Workers Compensation Corporation. Recently, ABL adopted a policy, "Partners in Safety," which not only emphasizes the company commitment, but empowers all employees--management and line personnel alike to share in this safety commitment.
ABL's environmental compliance policies meet or exceed all requirements of regulatory agencies such as EPA. This attributed to our continuous commitment on instituting innovative environmental control methods. All potential environmental, as well as safety issues are considered for each project and closely monitored by our compliance officer as work progresses.
